At just 29, Myer Sarfraz has spearheaded the Pakistan launches of global luxury giants YSL, Armani and Dolce & Gabbana, launched over 50 brands, and built an agency portfolio spanning more than 300 brands.
Behind every successful brand launch is a story of ambition, persistence and the willingness to take risks. For Myer Sarfraz, the 29-year-old Founder and CEO of Clout Cloud PR Agency and Clout Cloud Activate, that story has evolved from working behind the scenes at events to leading a growing creative agency trusted with some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Today, Clout Cloud has worked with over 300 brands, executed more than 50 brand launches and grown to a team of over 25 employees, establishing a presence across luxury beauty, fashion, consumer goods, technology and experiential marketing.
But the journey began long before the international launches.
But the journey began long before the international launches.
From Early Beginnings to Entrepreneurship
A 2019 graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Sarfaraz began his career at Barracuda Events, gaining firsthand experience in event management and production.
He later joined Total PARCO as an Area Sales Manager for the Sargodha division, developing a foundation in business operations, sales and commercial strategy.
In 2021, he took his first entrepreneurial step with Metanoia, an event venture through which he executed three events before moving on to pursue a bigger vision.
Drawing on these experiences, he founded Clout Cloud, bringing public relations, influencer marketing, brand activations and experiential production under one roof.
What started as an entrepreneurial ambition has since evolved into a growing business employing over 25 professionals, with a portfolio spanning hundreds of local and international brands.
Bringing Global Luxury to Pakistan
Among the defining milestones in Sarfraz’s journey have been Clout Cloud’s involvement in the Pakistan launches of YSL Beauty, Armani Beauty and Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, three of the world’s most recognised luxury names.

Executing these high-profile launches within a concentrated period demonstrated the agency’s ability to deliver international-standard experiences while adapting global brand identities for Pakistani audiences.
The impact extended beyond the physical events. The YSL Beauty campaign alone generated over 25 million interactions, demonstrating the scale of audience engagement achieved through influencer collaborations, digital storytelling and brand communications.

The agency further expanded its beauty portfolio through the official Pakistan launches of CeraVe and La Roche-Posay, bringing two globally recognised skincare brands into the spotlight.
These projects marked an important milestone for Myer Sarfraz, showcasing the ability of a homegrown Pakistani agency to execute ambitious launches aligned with international creative and production standards.

Beyond Luxury: Creating Experiences That Stand Out
Clout Cloud’s portfolio extends well beyond luxury beauty, with work involving Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Sapphire, Bata, TikTok and numerous other multinational and Pakistani brands.
Known for transforming creative concepts into large-scale experiences, the agency has delivered projects including an approximately 50-metre-long, life-sized receipt installation for Sapphire, an oversized shoe installation for Bata, and interactive motion-sensor campaigns.

Its work also spans major sporting experiences, including projects associated with the Milo Marathon, Red Bull Out the Run and significant football events in Pakistan.
In one particularly demanding period, the agency executed six events in just four days, reflecting the team’s operational capabilities and ability to manage multiple large-scale productions simultaneously.
Having delivered over 50 brand launches, Clout Cloud continues to combine global creative expectations with local market understanding.
Building More Than an Agency
Beyond the international names and headline-making campaigns, one of Sarfraz’s most significant achievements has been building a business from the ground up.
Growing Clout Cloud into a team of over 25 employees required navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship, establishing credibility at a young age, developing talent and earning the trust of major brands.
His experience across corporate sales, event management and entrepreneurship has shaped an approach that balances creativity with commercial understanding.
For Sarfraz, success is not defined by individual launches but by building an organisation capable of consistently delivering ambitious projects while creating opportunities for Pakistani creative professionals.
With more than 300 brand collaborations and campaigns generating millions of interactions, Clout Cloud reflects the growing potential of Pakistan’s independent creative industry.
The Road Ahead
At 29, Myer Sarfraz’s journey has already taken him from managing his earliest events to leading an agency associated with international luxury houses and multinational corporations.
Looking ahead, his ambition is to expand Clout Cloud’s creative capabilities, strengthen its global brand relationships and continue bringing international-standard experiences to Pakistan.
More than simply adding names to an already diverse portfolio, he hopes to build a business recognised for its creativity, consistency and long-term contribution to the industry.
From local beginnings to global brand names, Myer Sarfraz’s journey reflects a new generation of Pakistani entrepreneurs turning ambitious ideas into businesses with international reach.
And for him, the journey is only getting started.
