Pakistani films are back on track after a year and a half halt caused by COVID-19, and it seems all celebrated filmmakers of the country are ready to show the best of their skills with their latest releases! The latest to do so is Wajahat Rauf of Karachi Se Lahore & Chhalawa fame who has released the first teaser for Parde Mein Rehne Do!
Starring Hania Aamir and Ali Rehman Khan in the lead roles, the romantic-comedy’s teaser welcomes us into a hilarious realm of humour, emotions, and love with that added Wajahat Rauf ethos that is all about the masala vibes. After all, one needs a bit of spice in their lives rather than the critically-acclaimed plots, right?
Without giving too much away the teaser has its fair share of items we are already looking forward to.

The Chemistry
We’ve seen Hania Amir and Ali Rehman Khan work together in the past, but never together as a pair in a film! It’s surely feels like a refreshing duo who not only look super comfortable with each other on-screen, but also add value to each other’s skillsets. We bet their dynamic energy will surely thrive together in the film as much as it does in the teaser.
The Humour
While we’re still guessing what the narrative of the film will be, we can already bet looking at the teaser that it’s going to be a complete hoot! We see the comedy works of Javed Sheikh in the teaser, and boy does he know how to make us crack up with his perfect timing with humour! There’s definitely way more in the film to laugh along with, and we for one, need a bit of laughter in our lives!
The Masala Factor
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, there’s always going to be a debate about cerebral films and masala numbers, and we usually like watching the latter for a quick escape from reality. The critics absolutely adore films that have tons of layers to think about, but sometimes, all the audience needs is a no-brainer that makes you laugh and love the characters. We can already bet Parde Mein Rehne Do is definitely going to be making us do that!
Slated for a release soon, we are sure this one is for the masses that will want to take a a few hours out of their lives to laugh a bit and relax with their families!
