Their latest Women Power Suit shoot featuring Trinette Lucas, Amal Qadri, Werdah Ale, Erica Robin and Jaweria Ali in perfectly crafted power suits have proved once again that the menswear virtuoso’s eye for keen detail continues to shine time and time again!
“I wanted to put together a picture that showed every kind of woman, which is why we picked each of these five women. One represented a unique story and Amal Qadri, the stylist and muse of the shoot and I worked to showcase their individual styles.” says Emraan when asked about how he selected his muses. The inspiration, according to Rajput, was “a desire to showcase how bright and brilliant women are.”
What stands out to us is how two of the muses [Amal Qadri and Werdah Ale] were simultaneously working on the shoot, providing more of an understanding that women are truly gifted in the art of multitasking. “I loved the fact that I got to style it. I’ve always been a huge fan of suits especially for women, so when Emraan had asked me to style it I was beyond excited.” says Amal Qadri when asked about how the styling process flowed during the shoot.
From glimpses of fur to surprise props that added further personality to the overall shoot, it would appear that Emraan Rajput has officially tapped into a market that not many have ventured. The muses, each of whom, represent a woman in her own unique journey, whether it’s rising or established, represent the multifaceted beauty and perseverance that leaves one feeling both driven and struck by the sheer vision behind a message that holds significant power.
