The 2000s came about as breath of fresh air for the world, and as we entered the new millennia in Pakistan, it came with a plethora of changes for the country and its media. We saw new mediums of communication finally opening up, and for the first time, we saw music coming into the mainstream through television and the internet!

From the days of Atif Aslam and Ali Zafar to the rise of bands like Noori, 2000s was the decade of new genres and new platforms and that’s why it could never be forgotten.
